I did have a great stay and I really feel for my friends and family that so desperately are wanting some heat to hit them in the NW. And your remark about what happens in those 2 hours of sun... hahaha spot on! Thanks for reading and commenting! I appreciate it! Check back often, or my other posts--I end up doing a lot on the NW! :)

Sounds like you enjoyed your stay! Yes, this has been particularly low-Vitamin-D year. I think that forecast means that it's going to be cloudy and cold for most of the day. Then the sun will come out for two glorious hours, during which all of the PacNW'ers run out of the house and get all the gardening and cafe-visiting and market-shopping done. Or so it seems for the past few weeks.
